11 accused in Bharat Tiwari encounter case get non-bailable warrants by Bihar court

A Bihar civil court, hearing the alleged fake encounter case of social activist Bharat Tiwari, issued non-bailable warrants against 11 accused, including the Jagdishpur SDM and SDPO. The court also directed the Bhojpur SP to appear in person on August 12. The order followed allegations by Tiwari's family that police officers were involved in the June 17 encounter.
