At least 11 people, including four customers and two managers, were arrested during a raid at a spa in Mumbai's Andheri on Wednesday, police said. The police arrested them under Section 188 of IPC for disobeying an order by a public servant. The Maharashtra government hasn't allowed spas and salons to resume operations even as lockdown has been partially eased.
