A panel headed by RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan has shortlisted 11 candidates for the posts of CEO and Managing Director of five public sector banks, including the Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda and Canara Bank. The Union Cabinet is likely to finalise the names of five successful candidates soon. As many as 26 candidates had appeared for the interview.
