South Korea deployed fighter jets on Friday after 11 Chinese and Russian military aircraft entered its air defence identification zone (KADIZ) over four hours. The planes entered sequentially but left without breaching South Korean airspace. "South Korea's air force jets conducted tactical manoeuvres in response after identifying the aircraft before their entry," the Joint Chiefs of Staff stated.
