Around 11 people have died and 33 injured as Typhoon Bualoi hit Vietnam on Monday. Vietnam's disaster management agency said 17 fishermen are missing after huge waves hit two fishing boats and another fishing boat lost contact during the storm. Bualoi has so far damaged 245 houses, flooded nearly 1,400 hectares of crops and cut off access to several areas.
