As many as 11 people died and 47 people were injured in the stampede outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium amid RCB's IPL title victory celebrations in Bengaluru, Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah confirmed. He has announced ₹10 lakh ex-gratia for the families of those who died. He also said that the state government will provide free treatment to the injured.
