Eleven IFS officers at FRI Old Hostel and six other people in Dehradun's Tibetan Colony have tested COVID-19 positive, ANI quoted Dehradun DM R Rajesh Kumar as saying on Thursday. Both the areas have now been declared containment zones. Kumar added that a senior officer from Himachal Pradesh, who came to FRI, has been 'absconding' ever since he tested positive.
