The Oman Cricket Board has terminated contracts of 11 players after the prize money dispute. Players, including Aqib Ilyas and Zeeshan Maqsood, withdrew from national duty hours before the Emerging Cup. The board has blamed the World Cricketers' Association for influencing players' actions. The prize money will be disbursed by July 2025.
