Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday announced that government is taking proactive steps to help children who don't have internet access. Swayam Prabha DTH channels have been launched to support and reach those who don't have internet access and 12 school education-related channels will be added to it, Sitharaman said. Earlier, three channels were already earmarked for school education.
