The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) extended the deadline by three months to December 31 for over 12 lakh companies to hold their Annual General Meetings (AGM). "MCA is extending this timeline due to Covid-19," it said. The ministry added that this is for the first time that such relief is being given to all companies.
