Security forces arrested 12 militants from different Manipur districts, including five cadres of the United Kuki National Army. Arms, ammunition, opium seeds and radios were seized. Days earlier, Chin Kuki Mizo Army (CKMA) chief Paokholen Guite was nabbed in Churachandpur with AK-47s, ammo and cash. Counter-insurgency ops have intensified across the state.
