12 new cloud types added to Int'l Cloud Atlas after 30 years

The World Meteorological Organization has added 12 new cloud classifications to their International Cloud Atlas. The image shows one of the cloud form named Fluctus (latin for turbulence) popularly called Kelvin-Helmholtz cloud. The new additions, which are the first in 30 years, were added due to the inability to describe various cloud forms based on pre-existing norms.
