As per Scaler's Placement Report, conducted across 2,087 graduates, software developers had witnessed on average 126% salary hike over the last 3 years after upskilling with Scaler, at an industry-best placement rate of 94%, it revealed. Scaler stated that graduates have witnessed an average salary of ₹21.6 LPA with brands such as Amazon & Microsoft being top employers of graduates.
