12-yr-old becomes youngest ever Ivy League student

Twelve-year-old Jeremy Shuler is a freshman at Cornell University in New York, becoming the youngest student the Ivy League school has on record. Pursuing a major in applied and engineering physics and a minor in mathematics, his 2014 SAT score was in the 99.6 percentile. Born to aerospace engineers, Shuler has been homeschooled and was studying calculus at age six.
