A 13-year-old girl was killed in an explosion in the Kaliganj area of West Bengal amid counting of votes for by-polls. Police said raids are underway to nab the culprits. Meanwhile, BJP's Amit Malviya said the victim was blown to pieces during a TMC victory rally. "This is the blood price of Mamata Banerjee's violent, vote-bank-driven politics," he added.
