14 US states file lawsuit against Elon Musk's role as DOGE head

Fourteen US states, including two led by Republican governors, have filed a federal lawsuit against President Donald Trump and Elon Musk over the latter's appointment as head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Led by New Mexico, the states argue Musk's "sweeping authority" violates the Constitution, calling him a "designated agent of chaos". The states include Arizona and Nevada.
