A 14-year-old boy was abducted, gangraped, and stabbed 24 times by a group of 13, including several minors, in Outer North Delhi. The teen was accused of being an informer for rival gangsters. His naked body was found in Munak Canal on July 1. Police say the main accused, 19-year-old Krishna alias Bhola, planned the murder as revenge.
