A terminally ill 14-year-old girl who wanted her body frozen in the hope that she can be brought back to life at a later time, was granted her wish by a UK court, shortly before her death. "I think being cryo‐preserved gives me a chance to be cured and woken up, even in hundreds of years’ time," she had said.
