A 14-year-old boy in US' Massachusetts was charged with attempted murder for allegedly trying to drown a Black teenager in a pond and was released with a GPS monitoring device on Monday. "Water went into my mouth...I couldn't breathe," the victim said in a statement. He also alleged that another white teen laughed at him and called him George Floyd.
