Delhi Police arrested over 15 protesters after they allegedly used chilli spray on personnel during an anti-pollution demonstration at India Gate on Sunday. New Delhi DCP Devesh Kumar Mahla said they were holding posters of Maoist commander Madvi Hidma, who was recently killed in an encounter. "Police tried to remove [protesters], but...they tried to attack them," Mahla added.
