At least 15% of commercial sex establishments in Mumbai provide minors for sex trade, a report by Maharashtra State Commission for the Protection of Child Rights and International Justice Mission revealed. The report further said that most minors, aged 15-17 years, were given hormonal injections "to make them more compliant, for birth control measures or to make them fatter".
