A high-level delegation of senior diplomats from 15 countries including United States, Mexico, Guyana and South Korea visited polling stations in Jammu and Kashmir during phase 2 of Assembly polls. "I think it's really good. Well organised," diplomat from Rwanda said. "Polling process is very impressive...I see a vibrant enthusiasm and this is democracy working," the South Korean diplomat said.
