At least 15,000 Axis Bank employees, mostly at the branch level and some at the senior level, have reportedly quit in the past few months. The resignations come as employees struggled to cope with the growth targets of the new management led by CEO Amitabh Chaudhry, reports said. However, the bank said it had already hired 28,000 people this fiscal.
