Ajar Mehra, a 16-year-old boy, was mowed down by speeding Audi in Delhi's Rohini Sector 23, with the driver getting out but running away in the vehicle despite the teen being on the verge of death. Ajar was dragging his cousin's scooter when the incident happened. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
