Seventeen IAS and IPS officers from Bihar have gone to countries like US, Thailand, Australia, Turkey, Sri Lanka and Malaysia for New Year celebrations, Dainik Bhaskar reported. One of the IAS officers, J Priyadarshini, took leave from December 10 to March 9, 2026, and will reportedly spend 90 days in San Francisco. Some officers went on a 3-nation tour.
