A 17-year-old boy named Cesare Mencarini successfully built a small nuclear fusor reactor for a school project and received top A* grade in UK. Mencarini, a self-taught in electrical and coding aspects, spent 18 months preparing the reactor. His school gave him £5,000 to build the reactor, whose aim is to produce necessary conditions for fusion to take place.
