Emanuele Galeppini, a 17-year-old Italian international golfer who lived in Dubai, has been named among the first identified victims after a New Year's Eve bar fire in the Swiss ski resort of Crans-Montana. Authorities have said that around 40 people have died in the fire and more than 110 have been injured. Galeppini had been in Crans-Montana with his family.
