17-year-old Indian-origin girl Vaneeza names NASA's first Mars helicopter

Vaneeza Rupani, a 17-year-old Indian-origin girl from the US, has named NASA's first Mars helicopter 'Ingenuity'. She suggested the name in NASA's 'Name the Rover' essay contest which received 28,000 entries. "The ingenuity and brilliance of people working hard to overcome challenges of interplanetary travel are what allow us to experience wonders of space exploration," Rupani's submission read.
