A 17-year-old boy was killed in a crude bomb explosion at Deganga in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal on Wednesday. A total of 15 people have been killed in pre-panchayat poll violence since the filing of the nomination. The incident took place amid a political clash that broke out after midnight, police said.
