An 18-year-old man has been arrested on charges of murder in the fatal shooting of an Indian student on a Canadian highway on March 14. The victim, 22-year-old Birinder Singh, was going with his friends to see Canadian Rockies when a pickup truck pulled up and a gunshot was fired towards him.
