19 dead after drinking poisonous liquor in dry-state Nagaland, probe on

At least 19 people have allegedly died after consuming spurious liquor in Nagaland, a dry state since 1990, with 8 deaths reported in Mokokchung and 11 in Tuensang over two days. Police have formed a SIT to probe the deaths and trace the source and supply chain of adulterated liquor. Police have arrested 19 people and seized around 3,000 bottles.
