Nineteen new dengue cases have been reported in Assam's Goalpara district, where rubber tree latex collection cups were identified as major mosquito breeding sites. Health officials found dengue larvae in stagnant water inside the cups and launched awareness campaigns, urging farmers to change the water weekly to prevent mosquito breeding and curb the disease's spread.
