A 19-year-old second-year MBBS student from Government Medical College, Mahabubnagar, died after a speeding car struck her and her father while they were crossing a road in Hyderabad’s Hayatnagar area. The student succumbed to her injuries at a private hospital, while her father sustained serious injuries and is undergoing treatment. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
