19-yr-old found buried behind home in Punjab; father suspected

A 19-year-old woman, Navdeep Kaur, was allegedly killed and buried in a pit behind her home in Punjab's Mattewal village. Her mother alerted police after Navdeep told her on August 31 that her father was digging a pit and then became unreachable. Police recovered the body using a JCB and suspect her father, Hardyal Singh, who remains absconding. An investigation is underway.
