Jack Sweeney, the 19-year-old student who tracks the world's richest person Elon Musk's private jet, has now created a Twitter account to track the yachts of Russian billionaires, including President Vladimir Putin. Sweeney had started tracking the aircraft of some of Russia's richest people at the end of February after they came under sanctions pressure following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
