US billionaire and former Walmart executive Marc Lore, who unveiled plans for a new $400-billion city called 'Telosa' in US desert last month, has revealed that the selection of first 50,000 residents could likely be done by applications. The residents will include people from varying races, genders, sexual orientations and religions. The first residents could move in by 2030.
