The first flight from the Noida International Airport in Jewar will take off on June 15 for Lucknow, carrying 172 farmers who contributed their land for the airport project. Jewar MLA Dhirendra Singh will accompany the farmers who are expected to meet Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath upon reaching Lucknow. The airport was inaugurated on March 28.
