Mamaearth Co-founder Ghazal Alagh said her first milestone after launching her startup was when she received her first order online. "The milestone...made us get up and dance...and say, 'We're getting started,'" Alagh recalled. "Similarly, the first large order...was from a birthday party where the mother wanted to distribute [products] as return gifts. It was another vote of trust," she added.
