Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar claimed that the first phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls concluded in Bihar with zero appeals. The Supreme Court had earlier directed the Bihar State Legal Services Authority to assist 3.66 lakh voters who were excluded from the final electoral rolls file their appeals before the Election Commission of India.
