Two BJP leaders in West Bengal filed nomination from the same constituency ahead the assembly balmy polls. Kaushik Roy and Dalim Roy submitted their nomination from Maynaguri Assembly seat claiming to be party’s official candidate. Kaushik Roy is also the sitting MLA Kaushik Roy from Maynaguri. A senior BJP leader later announced Dalit Roy as party's official nominee.
