2 cases of bubonic plague reported in China's Inner Mongolia

Two cases of bubonic plague have been reported in China's northern region of Inner Mongolia, the local government said. The two people infected are the husband and daughter of a woman whose infection was previously detected on August 7. According to the WHO, bubonic plague is the most common form of plague and is caused by an infected flea's bite.
