2 Ganesha idols decorated with currency notes worth ₹2.90 crore in Telangana

Two Ganesh idols in Telangana's Palvancha were decorated with currency notes worth a combined ₹2.90 crore during Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. The decorations, organised by local groups with contributions from traders, drew large crowds of devotees. One of the Ganesha idols was adorned with currency notes valued at ₹1.40 crore, while the other was decorated with currency notes worth ₹1.50 crore.
