A month after their swearing-in ceremony, two Manipur Deputy CMs and two ministers were allotted portfolios on Wednesday. However, CM Yumnam Khemchand Singh is yet to be assigned "any specific department", a government notification said. Deputy CM Nemcha Kipgen was given Rural and Panchayati Raj Development, while another Deputy CM, L Dikho, was allotted Environment and Climate Change.
