Two men were paraded naked on the streets of Arunachal Pradesh's Upper Siang district on Monday for allegedly raping a 17-year-old. The accused, who were later handed over to police, had raped the victim along with two of their friends and dropped her at her residence. Last month, a man was paraded in Daporijo for allegedly raping an eight-year-old girl.
