A Twitter user asked whether sealed bottles of alcohol were allowed on the Blue Line of the Delhi Metro. Subsequently, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation tweeted, "Yes. 2 sealed bottles of alcohol are allowed in Delhi Metro." However, drinking alcohol inside metro premises is still strictly prohibited, officials added. Sharp objects and weapons are also prohibited inside the metro.
