PM Narendra Modi on Monday virtually inaugurated two stretches of Bengaluru's Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) project. The two sections are 42-kilometre Dobbaspet–Doddaballapur bypass section and 37.6-kilometre Doddaballapur bypass-Hoskote section. Both stretches are made at a cost of around ₹2,700 crore. After inauguration, BJP's Tejasvi Surya called the stretch "very important for public use".
