Two US warships have passed through the Strait of Hormuz, the first such transit since the Middle East war began, The Wall Street Journal reported. This comes as US President Donald Trump said that US had started "clearing out" the strategic waterway. The US Navy guided-missile destroyers passed through the strait with no issues reported, the report added.
