For the first time in history, two women were seated behind the US President addressing a joint session of Congress. When Joe Biden delivered his debut speech to a joint session, VP Kamala Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi were seated behind him. "Madam Speaker. Madam VP," Biden said, adding, "No president has ever said those words from this podium."
