Punjab-based restaurateur and chocolatier Harjinder Singh Kukreja on Monday took to Twitter to post a picture of an eco-friendly Ganesha idol made entirely out of chocolate. It was created in 10 days by a team of 20 chefs by using more than 100 kilograms of Belgian Chocolate. This is the fourth consecutive year of making chocolate Ganesha for the restaurateur.
