Around 20 crore laddoos were prepared using adulterated ghee supplied to Tirupati shrine, authorities said amid continuing probe into the impurities found in the temple prasad. SIT has found that 68 lakh kg of adulterated ghee was supplied by Uttarakhand's Bhole Baba Dairy and its shell companies. This was among the total 48.76 crore laddoos that were distributed during 2019-2024.
